1.) Pg 2, paragraph on baptism, last sentence 
REMOVE comma after faith journey and INSERT "and"

2.) Pg 2, paragraph on Communion, second sentence, INSERT comma after offered
3.) Pg 5, D. 8. on Affiliated Adherents first sentence, CHANGE "my" to "may"
